The new windows feature discussed in Chapter 3 can also be disabled with a ContentFilter. New windows are created by HTML A tags that contain the TARGET attribute. To prevent new windows from being created, a ContentFilter must check all A tags for the TARGET attribute and remove the attribute when found.
